“Thandai is an Indian cold drink prepared with a mixture of almonds, fennel seeds, watermelon kernels, rose petals, pepper, poppy seeds, cardamom, saffron, milk and sugar. It is native to India and is often associated with the Maha Shivaratri and Holi or Holla mahalla festival. It is most commonly consumed in north India.”
King Cha offers this exceptional summer drink in the form of tea bags or loose masala. A blend of poppy, fennel, chironji, melon seeds, pepper corn, rose petals and others hand picked and decorated for a soulful glass of this cool drink.
Ingredients- Handpicked and processed Thandai Masala ingredients, Dry fruit powder mix.
How to Brew- For Teabags : Soaked in luke warm sweetened glass of milk for 5 hours, preferably overnight. Squeeze the teabag, add more cold milk and sugar to taste. Sprinkle dry fruit powder on it.
For Family packs: Dissolve 1 teaspoon of powder in 1 glass of luke warm sweetened milk. Soak it for minimum 3-4 hours, mix it in a mixer and strain. Stir and sprinkle dry fruit powder. Enjoy the drink. Keep it refrigerated.
