Kesar Elaichi Sharbat- A very delicious and refreshing cooler made with saffron,cardamom and rose water

Ingredients:
850 gm Sugar
500 ml Water
1/2 tsp King Cha Green cardamom powder
1/2 tsp King Cha Premium Kesar
1/8 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Rose water
Instructions:
1. Take 1/2 tsp of saffron from King Cha saffron, soak it in 3 tbsp of warm water and and hand crush it after 15 minutes. Keep aside King Cha Cardamom powder
2. In a heavy bottom pan add sugar, crushed cardamom and water and cook till it become like a sticky syrup of one thread consistency.
3. Add lemon juice to clear the scum coming over the sugar syrup.
4. Now add saffron in the sugar syrup and mix well and switch off the flame.
5. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cool down completely.
7. Now fill the sharbat in a clean sterilized glass bottle and use when required.
Usage: Pour 1.5 tbsp of syrup in a glass ,add ice and chilled water ,stir to mix well and serve immediately.
